To obtain accurate site information for planning purposes a full site survey and analysis is required including topographic survey covering levels, soil condition, services, features for retention or removal, buildings, materials, plants, recent history and report writing. On larger sites with many level changes, the independent hiring of a Land Surveyor may be required to produce a detailed land survey for design purposes.
